Refund policy
At Milo & Blue, every bandana is thoughtfully handmade in small batches with care. Because our pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges rather than refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
We’re happy to exchange an item as long as it is:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from damage, stains, pet hair, or odors
- Returned in its original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve exchanges requested after the 30-day period.
How to Request an Exchange
If the size you ordered isn’t quite right, please contact Milo & Blue with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Once your request has been approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Because many of our designs are handmade in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to current availability.
Exchange Value
Once your returned item is received and inspected, an exchange may be made for another available item of equal value.
If the size or design you would like is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find another available option whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every Milo & Blue piece before it leaves us, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for a standard size or style exchange.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect because of an error on our part, Milo & Blue will work with you to resolve the issue.
